Outpatient Addiction Treatment in Shreveport
HOPE Recovery Clinic has provided outpatient addiction treatment in Shreveport since 2020. We opened because we saw a real need for accessible, respectful care in the Shreveport–Bossier area, and that’s still why we do this work.
We treat opioid addiction, alcohol use disorder, and kratom dependence using medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and counseling. Because our care is outpatient, you can keep your job, stay at home, and get treatment on a schedule that works for you.

Buprenorphine, Not Methadone
We are not a methadone clinic. We prescribe buprenorphine, which is taken at home or given as a monthly injection, so there are no daily clinic visits.

Outpatient treatment means you keep your routine. Most patients continue working and living at home while they recover.

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
No. We treat opioid addiction with buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade, Zubsolv, and Subutex). Methadone has to be dispensed at a specially certified program, usually with frequent in-person visits. Buprenorphine can be prescribed in an office like ours and taken at home. If you’re on methadone now and thinking about switching, talk with us first. Switching has to be done carefully under a provider’s care.
No. HOPE Recovery Clinic is an outpatient clinic. You live at home and visit us for appointments. If you need a higher level of care, we can help you think through your options.
