To be clear up front: our only clinic is in Shreveport, at 721 Boulevard St, Shreveport, LA 71104. We don’t have a Bossier City office. What we offer Bossier City residents is outpatient treatment close to home, with no daily clinic visits, so it’s easier to fit care around work and family.

How We Help
What Bossier City Patients Can Expect
Your first visit is a conversation. A provider will learn about your history and your goals, then build a plan with you. For most patients, that plan includes medication-assisted treatment and counseling.
Because buprenorphine is taken at home or given as a monthly injection, most follow-up visits are spaced out. That means fewer trips across the river and more time for your life.
We treat opioid addiction, alcohol use disorder, and kratom and 7-OH dependence.
Fewer Trips, Steady Progress
Unlike methadone programs, buprenorphine treatment doesn’t require daily visits. Many patients come in on a regular schedule and handle the rest at home.
Support Beyond Medication
Wellness counseling, help with everyday needs through case management, and free monthly group counseling for current patients.

No. Our only clinic is in Shreveport at 721 Boulevard St, Shreveport, LA 71104, a short drive across the Red River for most Bossier City residents.
HOPE Recovery Clinic is not a methadone clinic. We use buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade, Zubsolv, and Subutex), which can be taken at home instead of at a daily dosing window. For many people, that makes treatment easier to keep up with. If you’re currently on methadone, talk with us before making any change.
